Projektmanagement

Basierend auf Ihren Anforderungen erstellt unser Team einen Plan fĂŒr den Applikations- / Website-Erstellungsprozess. Wir erstellen einen Projektplan, definieren die Aufgaben und Ziele und kalkulieren die Kosten fĂŒr jede Projektphase. Wir bevorzugen dabei agile Projektmanagement-Methoden wie SCRUM, Kanban und SAFe

In allen Entwicklungsphasen sichern wir permanent die QualitÀt der von uns entwickelten Software. Ja nach Projektumfang geschieht diese durch unsere erfahrenen Testmanager oder durch Testautomation

Design / Prototypen

Bei aufwendigen Softwareprojekten ist es sinnvoll, mit dem Design der BenutzeroberflĂ€che zu beginnen. Anhand von DesignentwĂŒrfen und Prototypen können Entwickler und Auftraggeber leichter die Anforderungen an die Software diskutieren. Unser Team aus Designern und User Experience Experten hilft Ihnen, in dieser Projektphase die Grundlage fĂŒr eine effiziente ProjektausfĂŒhrung zu schaffen.

Programmierung

Ausgehend von den Anforderungen, die in den vorangegangenen Schritten ermittelt wurden, entwickeln unsere Programmierer die Applikation. In der Regel arbeiten wir dabei in Sprints von ca. 2 Wochen Dauer. Dadurch können sie alle 2 Wochen im Rahmen der Sprint-Demo den Fortschritt der Entwicklung begutachten und Feedback geben.
